Interstellar (2014) – Time is relative

After loosing 23 years on a planet with much higher gravitational time dilation, Dr. Cooper wanted to turn back time to his children. Dr. Brand explained it’s not possible.

Time is relative, okay?

It can stretch, it can squeeze, but… It can’t travel backwards. Just can’t.

The only thing that can move across dimensions, like time, is gravity.
